Commercial Litigation Associate 

We are seeking a mid-level associate to work out of our Taiwanese office. The mid-level candidate will have 3 - 5 years (classes 2019 - 2021) of strong complex commercial litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, researching, drafting pleadings, and handling large-scale document productions. The associate must have international investigations and global disputes experience. Experience with civil/criminal antitrust, securities, environmental, or corporate governance litigation is helpful but not required. Superior academic credentials from a top 50 U.S. or international law school, Am Law 100 firm experience, and excellent oral and written fluency in Taiwanese and English are required. Taipei Bar Association (TBA) is required.

Education

All international candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools, top U.K. law schools, or top international law schools. 


Work

All international candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.
