Commercial Litigation Partner/Group
The New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office seeks a partner or group (at least two partners) for the Litigation Department. Candidates must have experience with civil/criminal antitrust, white-collar, class action, product liability, securities, environmental, corporate governance litigation, or internal investigations. U.S. Federal and State Court experience are required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with a real opportunity for growth. Labor & Employment Partner/Group

The New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office seeks a partner or group (at least two partners) for the Real Estate & Land Use Department. Candidates must have transactional real estate experience and a portable book of business. The ideal candidate must have deal expertise in commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, real estate debt, real estate lending and development transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced, national real estate practice group working on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
