The mid-level candidate will have 3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of strong complex commercial litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, researching, drafting pleadings, managing e-discovery, and handling large-scale document productions. Experience with civil/criminal antitrust, class action, product liability, securities, environmental, corporate governance litigation, or internal investigations is helpful but not required. Judicial clerkship is a plus. U.S. Federal Court experience is required. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. Rhode Island State Bar is required.

The M&A associate will have 4 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2020) of experience working on complex public and private company mergers and acquisitions and drafting definitive transaction agreements, as well as managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Experience with either private equity, joint ventures, venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, or securities law compliance matters will be considered a plus. All candidates should have industry knowledge in the financial, industrial, energy, technology, and/or life sciences sectors. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Rhode Island State Bar is required.
