The San Francisco office seeks a partner or group (at least two partners) for the Corporate Department with experience in general corporate, M&A, and securities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with a real opportunity for growth. Partner candidates must have a portable business of at least $1 million - $2 million. California State Bar is required.  

Labor & Employment Partner/Group

The San Francisco office seeks a partner or group (at least two partners) for the Labor & Employment Department. Candidates must have traditional employment litigation experience and a portable book of business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with a real opportunity for growth. Partner candidates must have a portable business of at least $1 million - $2 million. California State Bar is required. 

Life Sciences IP Partner/Group

The San Francisco office seeks a partner or group (at least two partners) for the Life Science IP Department. Candidates must have patent prosecution and litigation experience in Life Sciences and a portable book of business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with a real opportunity for growth. Partner candidates must have a portable business of at least $1 million - $2 million. California State Bar is required.

All Partners / Group candidates must have worked for a well established law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.
