Our ideal candidate will have ‎3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of extensive finance transaction experience with a primary focus on leveraged finance and structured finance experience at an Am Law 100 firm. Specific experience to include representation of lenders and/or borrowers in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, securitization transactions, venture lending transactions, asset-based lending, leveraged buyouts, corporate recapitalizations, and reorganizations. Ideal candidates will have borrower-side and/or private equity experience. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and well-developed problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
