Specific experience to include representation of lenders and/or borrowers in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, securitization transactions, venture lending transactions, asset-based lending, leveraged buyouts, corporate recapitalizations, and reorganizations. Ideal candidates will have borrower-side and/or private equity experience. A substantive background and significant experience in handling legal issues pertaining to the HCLS industry, including compliance and regulatory advice, e.g. (HIPAA, (PPSA) Physician Payments Sunshine Act, GDPR, or other privacy laws and regulations), fraud and abuse (e.g., federal anti-kickback, Stark and CMP provisions); Medicare accountable care organizations (ACOs) and other payment alignment systems, Medicare enrollment, billing, and reimbursement; transactional support for healthcare M&A, joint ventures, public offerings deals, and healthcare contracting, clinical research, and/or internal investigations, is preferred.
