Employment Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to work in our Brussel office. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of (PQE) experience in collective and individual labor and employment matters, as well advisory work and litigation on European, as on Belgian level. The candidate must have worked in the labor and employment department of an Am Law 100 firm. A strong interest in employment law and the ability to be a solution-oriented team player, with strong organizational, writing, and oral communication skills are beneficial. The candidate must be qualified to practice Belgian law, have excellent academic credentials at a Belgian university, as well as speak native Dutch with excellent knowledge of English and French.

Education

All international candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools, top U.K. law schools, or top international law schools. 


Work

All international candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.
