Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney
We are seeking a highly qualified M&A associate to work in our Nashville office. The M&A associate will have 3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of experience working on complex public and private company mergers and acquisitions and drafting definitive transaction agreements, as well as managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Experience with either private equity, joint ventures, venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, or securities law compliance matters will be considered a plus. All candidates should have industry knowledge in the financial, industrial, energy, technology, and/or life sciences sectors. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Tennessee State Bar is required.
Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a mid-level associate for our Real Estate Practice Group at our Nashville office. The ideal candidates will have 3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of real estate experience, including experience working on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, construction, real estate finance (borrower side preferred), and/or leasing. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Tennessee State Bar is required.
Corporate Finance Attorney
We are seeking a mid-level Corporate Finance Associate to join our Corporate Finance Practice Group at our Nashville office. Our ideal candidate will have 3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of extensive finance transaction experience with a primary focus on leveraged finance and structured finance experience at an Am Law 100 firm. Specific experience to include representation of lenders and/or borrowers in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, securitization transactions, venture lending transactions, asset-based lending, leveraged buyouts, corporate recapitalizations, and reorganizations. Ideal candidates will have borrower-side and/or private equity experience. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and well-developed problem-solving, writing, and communication skills. Tennessee State Bar is required.
Real Estate Finance Attorney
We are seeking a mid-level associate for our Real Estate Practice Group at our Nashville office. The ideal candidates will have 3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of commercial real estate finance experience with an emphasis on representing lenders, including experience working on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, and construction. All candidates must have experience representing balance sheet lenders in complex syndicated and non-syndicated real estate secured lending transactions. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Tennessee State Bar is required.

Education
All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools.

The annualized salary range for all positions is $225,000 - $435,000, based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience permitted by law, e.g.; (education, training, and responsibilities).
