Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney
We are seeking a highly qualified M&A associate to work in our Indianapolis office. The M&A associate will have 3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of experience working on complex public and private company mergers and acquisitions and drafting definitive transaction agreements, as well as managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Experience with either private equity, joint ventures, venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, or securities law compliance matters will be considered a plus. All candidates should have industry knowledge in the financial, industrial, energy, technology, and/or life sciences sectors. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Indiana State Bar is required.
Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a mid-level associate for our Real Estate Practice Group at our Indianapolis office. The ideal candidates will have 3 - 6 years (classes 2018 - 2021) of real estate experience, including experience working on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, construction, real estate finance (borrower side preferred), and/or leasing. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Indiana State Bar is required.

Education
All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools.
Work
All candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.

The annualized salary range for all positions is $225,000 - $435,000, based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience permitted by law, e.g.; (education, training, and responsibilities).
